4. Shipping Charges
4.1 A shipping fee of ₹200 is charged on all COD orders across the country.

6. Delivery Delays
6.1 We are not responsible for delayed shipments due to natural calamities or unavoidable circumstances.
7. Undelivered Orders & Re-shipping
7.1 Orders that remain undelivered after 3 delivery attempts (due to wrong address, customer not reachable, residence or office closed, or customer requesting future delivery) will be returned to our warehouse.
7.2 We can reship the order only after receiving the undelivered package back.
7.3 The customer will be required to pay the shipping charge of ₹200 again for re-shipping.
