2. Mandatory Unboxing Video Policy

2.1 If your order is damaged in transit or you received an incorrect product, you may return it in the exact same condition as received (unworn and with original packaging).
2.2 A complete unboxing video is mandatory from the start of receiving the parcel.
2.3 The video must have no edits and no cuts.

3. Return Processing Note

3.1 Kindly note that the return process might take longer than usual.
3.2 To make it faster, you can ship back the product with original box packaging to us.

4. Product Display Disclaimer

4.1 We put all our efforts to display product colours as accurately as possible on our website.
4.2 However, colours may appear different due to varying screen resolutions of devices.

5. Product Awareness Before Purchase

5.1 Please check product details such as dimensions, model images, and descriptions carefully.

6. Exchange Procedure

6.1 Mail us at arhanshijewels@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery.
6.2 Mention your order number along with product images and your concerns.
6.3 Our concern team will respond within 24 to 48 hours. Kindly be patient.
6.4 Once the item reaches us, replacement product(s) will be shipped within 3 working days.
6.5 We will not be liable for any return/exchange requests not notified within 3 days of delivery.

7. Liability Limitations

7.1 We are not liable for any damage in shipments that are shipped overseas after delivery within India.
7.2 Exchange/Return is not available for international orders.

8. Exchange Conditions

8.1 Exchange products may take longer than usual to ship.
8.2 All exchanges are subject to stock availability.
8.3 Products must be unused to be eligible for exchange.
8.4 A product can be exchanged only once per order.

9. Non-Eligible Items

9.1 Sale items are not eligible for exchange.
9.2 Home decor items, Rakhi, and bags are not eligible for exchange or return.

10. Gifts Policy

10.1 If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
10.2 Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
10.3 If the item was not marked as a gift, or was shipped to the buyer first, the refund will be sent to the gift giver.

11. Shipping Returns

11.2 You will be responsible for paying your own return shipping costs.
11.3 Shipping costs are non-refundable.
